One platform for campaigns that could not be one-size-fits-all.

An advocacy organization needed a configurable way to publish campaigns, guide supporters through location-aware actions, review communications, and move participation data into its operating systems.

Situation

Each campaign could require different branding, steps, eligibility rules, recipients, languages, and delivery controls. A fixed website or form builder would not support the work.

Delivered system

AdsNational built the participant and administration platform: campaign configuration, embeddable journeys, address-based routing, personalized messages and petitions, moderation, approval, delivery, reporting, and exports.

Continuity

The platform evolved with new campaign needs and later gained queued CRM synchronization, retry, audit, recovery, and historical backfill tools without abandoning the long-running system.

A custom CRM built around how the organization works.

A multi-channel advocacy organization needed one operating layer for supporter data and engagement activity arriving from campaigns, forms, communications, paid acquisition, and events.

Situation

The system had to isolate each organization's records while normalizing repeated webhooks, sync reruns, CSV imports, and changing provider states. Managers needed control without exposure to the underlying data plumbing.

Delivered system

AdsNational designed and built the CRM end to end: supporter profiles and action history, scoring, dashboards, reusable Match/Exclude audiences, controlled imports and rollback, event workflows, provider sync, fixed reports, help content, and support.

Continuity

Queue-backed processing, idempotency, run tracking, retries, scheduler safeguards, regression tests, and managed deployment keep evolving integrations and data operations reviewable.

Location intelligence built for decisions, not dots on a map.

A live civic-engagement platform needed to turn an address or coordinates into the applicable public districts and current representatives across multiple levels of government.

Situation

Public boundary and roster sources could disagree or become stale while an existing platform already depended on stable lookup contracts. Vacancies and out-of-scope areas had to be represented honestly.

Delivered system

AdsNational built the geospatial database, import and reconciliation pipelines, point-in-boundary APIs, unified location workflow, server-side geocoding and cache, and a role-gated review console with audited overrides.

Production continuity

Additive migrations, dry runs, rollback plans, and pre/post smoke tests protected existing consumers. Recorded checks confirmed legacy lookup responses remained unchanged after the unified API launched.
